What is a nice, inexpensive flatbed scanner? - best flatbed scanner ever

I'm in the market for a flatbed Nice, down $ 150. None of these all-in-one things with "free software photo editing" and all that crap installed on your computer. Cough, HP, cough.

I just want a cheap scanner and a scanner, and no other software in the imagination.
