Should I be suspicious of car dealers that buy cars from auctions and then re-sell them? - auctions‎ cars calgary

I am looking for a Dodge Neon 2002 to a dealer and get their cars from the auctions. This car is also selling 2900, as the blue book is about 4500th
Is it acceptable to buy this car?
It looks good and works well, but it was not for me to worry?
