Does anyone have any experience of becoming pregnant while using the minimed insulin pump machine? - minimed insulin pump release

I am using a 31-year-old plan of the machine Minimed pump in a few months. I want to become pregnant for the first time in 2009. I have type 1 since 2000 and my average HbA1c of 7%. My diabetes educator told me that the machine pump to ensure a healthy pregnancy. I'm pretty nervous about the possible side effects of high sugar during pregnancy.
